Biography
Nghia (Andrew) Tran is Research Fellow in Higher Education Studies. He has co-authored more than 20 academic publications in the areas of graduate employability, work-integrated learning, skills gaps, teacher education, and international education. Nghia is particularly interested in where research and student experience intersect, dominantly focusing on how to improve students’ learning experience and enhance graduates’ employability. He has published articles in prestigious journals such as Higher Education, Teaching and Teacher Education, and Education + Training. Nghia’s research has been supported by a number of research grants and scholarships including the European Commission’s Erasmus Mundus scholarship, the Australian Government’s Endeavour Postgraduate Award, Vietnam’s National Foundation for Science & Technology Development, and Ton Duc Thang University’s FOSTED International Research Grant.
