Strategy, Change and Transformational Project Leadership: 

What Can We Learn from Research Conducted Within Other Disciplines?

Following the recent publication of the book entitled “The Palgrave Handbook of Strategy, Change and Transformational Project Leadership”, the Editors invite you to join us to a symposium that discusses the various book chapters and their interactions to enhance our understanding of strategy, change and transformational project leadership. In the symposium, each speaker will explain how their research uniquely advances what we know already about how leaders and their teams bring about lasting organisational change and, as a result, are put into a strong position to create value for multiple stakeholders, build new capabilities and new organisational cultural and other sustainable realities. The objective is to be able to identify how researchers from different disciplines can learn from each other, including the potential implications for future research, theory, practice and pedagogy.
