Biography

Gloryce is a second-year PhD student at the Research School of Management in the Australian National University. She has an academic background in psychology, computer science, and linguistics, which provides a strong foundation for her current research. Her research focuses on how language functions as a powerful tool in management contexts, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Her research interests include organizational behavior, language, and AI-based data analysis. Her research has been published in the International Journal of Conflict Management.
