This research project, conducted in collaboration with the University of Warwick, examines how long-established organisations balance tradition and innovation to remain relevant in changing societal contexts. The project focuses on the Church of England, with particular engagement from the Diocese of Coventry. The project is led at ANU by Dr Eun Young Song (RSM), in collaboration with Prof. Innan Sasaki (Warwick Business School) and Mr Rob Harrison (Diocese of Coventry). It is supported through in-kind contributions from the Diocese of Coventry and Warwick Business School, including access to participants, venues, and research support. The project commenced in 2024 and is scheduled to run until the end of 2029.
